The listed hotel tariffs include our total management of
your reservation from now until the end of the event, we shall monitor
all reservations, collate all guest names and administer and control
payments to all hotels, without you needing to be involved in this
lengthy process. Because DRUPA has such international appeal some
properties impose minimum durations of stay, each allocation reserved
must as a minimum take the full period of the exhibition. Staff can be
rotated but the rooms need to be paid for whether used or not – please
see each hotel description. Please let us know if you require an
invoice.
To secure a reservation, please complete our booking form and forward it
to us along with a 25% deposit payment. We shall then forward our
confirmation of the rooms held – final balance will be required, along
with your final rooming requirement 6 months prior to the event.
A final rooming list of names will be required 1 month prior to arrival,
name changes will be accepted up until 1 week prior to arrival, within
which there will be an administration charge of £15 per amendment.
All reservations made within 6 months of the event will require full
prepayment at the time of booking.
All cheques and bankers draft should be issued to Creative Travel &
Event Management, with all bank charges payable by you. Arrangements can
be made for you to electronically transfer monies – please apply for
details. Visa and MasterCard can be accepted for payment but will incur
a 3% surcharge to cover bank charges.

In every circumstance we would seek to resell any
cancelled rooms on your behalf – which if resold, will be
totally refunded less an administration charge of 10%. |
